The Medge is a medium edge, 30mm deep with a 30-degree incut. It sits right in that middle ground between a finger jug and a crimp. These are essential holds on steep boards, giving you good coverage as you progress towards smaller holds.

The Mini Medge is the most compact version of this type of hold, taking up as little board space as possible.
